設計階段

Step.5 空間 3D 繪製

  • 空間 3D 效果模擬
  • 材質軟裝搭配建議

Step.6 施工圖說繪製

  • 平立面系統圖說
  • 各項材質確認
  • 初步工程預算書

工程階段

Step.7 簽訂工程合約

  • 工程總預算書
  • 工程細項報價
  • 工程進度表製作

Step.8 工程執行

  • 社區工程施工許可申請
  • 室內裝修許可證申請
  • 工程監造與進度控管
  • 每週工作日誌及工程進度回報

Step.9 完工點交

  • 細部驗收
  • 依合約內容提供工程一年保固

設計費用

  • 提案費用 NT$ 10,000元（可抵設計費）
  • 空間設計費用 NT$5,000元 /坪（最低總價 NT$ 100,000元）
  • 其他類型空間及大坪數空間，依條件需求評估設計費。
  • 客變費用 30 坪內 NT$30,000元 （可抵設計費）
  • 客變費用 40 坪內 NT$40,000元 （可抵設計費）

工程管理費用

  • 監工管理費為總工程款的 10%
